Charlotte JeBailey is co-owner of JeBailey & Co. ~ A Development and Construction Company and an Amazing Explorers Academy location in Nocatee, FL, with her husband of 20 years, John JeBailey. Charlotte moved to Central Florida in 1997 after graduating from Auburn University and has been serving the community since then by serving on several Boards of Directors, a church planting mission team, and volunteering for events where needed. John and Charlotte are the proud parents of 3 teenagers with the oldest attending the Frost School of Music at the University of Miami. Charlotte’s passion for lifting others up by believing in the best in people is at the core of her beliefs. She has served WOW Legacy Group since 2017.
Judi earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from The University of Michigan. Since 1991, she has devoted herself to improving the health and wellness of those who seek her energetic expertise. Judi has discovered her passion and purpose is to empower women to believe and achieve their goals and dreams. Inspiring and motivating women to become the best version of themselves is her mission.
Judi has been a certified Personal Trainer/Health Coach for over 30 years from the American Council of Exercise. Besides enjoying a longtime personal and professional relationship with celebrity coach Todd Durkin, she is also a member of the Todd Durkin Mastermind, where the learning never stops. She maintains her current expertise through constant participation in continuing education by attending many health coaching/training and self-improvement conferences throughout the country each year.
When not inspiring women to find their passion, her Husband of 26 years, David and her LOVE to travel and take time to enjoy good food, wine and adventure. Their Daughter, Nicole graduated from The University of Denver and is pursuing her career in the music industry. They have 4 fantastic rescue fur babies.
A WOW Board of Directors member for five years. She is a native of Jamaica and has a RN degree. She is also a wife, mother of four children, and one who loves to give philanthropic donations to many worthwhile organizations including Kids Beating Cancer, American Heart Association, and Advent Health Foundation.
Kimberly is a Certified Financial Planner and CEO of KRS Wealth Management. Her areas of focus are Investment Management, Insurance, and Women’s Financial Strategies. A graduate of the University of Central Florida, Kimberly is active in the community in many areas: A member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., served on the UNCF Advisory Council, the Negro Spiritual Scholarship Foundation Board, the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra Board and WOW Legacy. She believes that “to whom much is given, much is required.”
Jennifer Keshwar is a CPA for over 25 years. She specializes in non-profit audits and enjoys giving back to the community. She especially enjoys helping women out of tough situations and being a WOW board member gives her the opportunity to help women.
Precious Carter is the Vice President of Human Resources for Hanks, Hanks and Associates where she has initiated multiple programs to attribute to the growth of the company. She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Bowie State University, graduated cum laude and obtained a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Strayer University, graduated magna cum laude. She also works with the Small Business Administration to provide training to small businesses to help set up their human resources and accounting departments. She tries to live a balanced life by volunteering in her community with her children’s activities, serving in ministries at church, volunteering at local shelters, etc.
Mother, wife, family law attorney, business owner, woman rights advocate and philanthropist are one of the few hats that Rania Arwani wears on a daily basis. She trained with the Florida Center for Child Welfare to handle a variety of family law matters, including domestic violence, substance abuse and sexual abuse of children. Prior to co-founding Arwani Law Firm Rania was a Certified Legal Intern with the State Attorney’s Office in the Ninth Judicial Circuit in Orange County where she gained valuable courtroom experience.
Cornelia Jung, CMP, LES, is Senior Director of Events at Hyatt Regency Orlando, the largest convention hotel for the brand in the United States.
Her 29-year career with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts started at Hyatt Regency Milwaukee.
Cornelia sits on the Event Advisory Board for UCF and is an active Rotarian. She was recognized as Director of Events of the Year for Hyatt Hotels and Resorts in 2006 and has twice been recognized with the achievement of Events Team of the Year, most recently for Hyatt Regency Orlando in 2015.
